Part selection and configuration

Selection and configuration of components is provided through the well-known and already proven FLM user interface. Accurate libraries ensure that the configuration of materials is fast and error free. You can also create your own folders that contain the products used most often, so that the least possible time is spent finding them.

Managing users, projects and price lists

You can add users to the system, define their rights, create new projects and prepare quotations or purchase orders, according to each manufacturer’s price lists. Quotations may also be created directly by importing the BOM form a Ventpack or Hydronickpack project.

Project archive

All quotations and purchase orders created are available in the archive of each project. You can always make use of such a historical document and create a new document in another project based on it, which can speed up work significantly.

Electronic exchange of documents

The application is able to exchange electronic documents with the other systems of business partners, both in the form of PDF files and using EDI compliant data files. All documents generated by the application are electronically signed for security.

Reporting

Data from each project can be used to create automatic reports to assess the degree to which project objectives have been achieved.

Project planning

Create, modify and monitor project schedules using Gantt charts. Users of the system can track the progress of individual phases, tasks and milestones to verify implementation and monitor costs. Automated notifications help supervise all significant changes in the project.
